I have not been blogging for a while. Actually I enjoyed to Roleplay at Hogwarts: Your Story too much to do much else *laughs* But now I thought I’d just combine it and show off some things with my Professor Avatar. On Friday my computer’s graphic card had a little melt down and decided it’s time to go, i could not get back into my windows but into recovery mode. After I have been trying to convince it to go back to work i knew that does not help at all and i was so sad that i could log back in to finish the “Make him over hunt” with my best friend and to get the lovely Fifty linden Friday dress from artilleri.
On Saturday another good friend reminded me of my on board graphic chip (which i totally forgot about), while i have been chatting with him on recovery mode (that mode is not really satisfying but did work okay enough to chat). So trying if that works i got surprised and was happy that i did not have to spend the rest of the few days until i get another graphic card in recovery mode.
And thanks to the lovely and fabulous Isabeau Reinard and Antonia Marat i logged in on Saturday into SL, with my super slow but working on board grahpics, and found the dress in my inventory – Thank you girls you made me happy
And i don’t know why but i wanted to wear my Mrs.Mittens hair, so it was having a happy moment in the 50′s, wearing a kitten in my hair and showing her around. Isn’t it cute? It meows when being clicked and it’s cute eyes blink randomly.

I do not know how you like old movies and music, but i got this old song stuck in my head while i was wandering through the a Dark Fairies Dream Sim. Among all those beautiful flowers, ponds and trees the rain was falling on me. I love rain in all lives, walking in it, dancing in it, feeling the cool drops on my skin, soaking through my clothes. So I just had to make pictures.
It was a perfect opportunity to show off some of the things I’ve got lately on hunts and shopping tours. And because i could not decide which photo to take, I’ll show more

I had in mind to make a post about this outfit as soon as I saw it. But I did not have much ideas for it. So when I was walking through the Shoe Fair, seeing the awesome build of the sims I knew I had to make it there. All sims are in a great Country Flair with wooden buildings, hay, corn, flowers, tractors.. such a great work without being too primmy, which is great for the lag.
So last night I jumped into my dress and knew exactly which shoes i wanted to wear with it, since I just got them during the Fair (yeah it’s one of my 10 pairs i mentioned in my last post) and flew through the sims to look for a great place. Which was a tough thing because it looks great everywhere. But i had most fun in this corn field you can see on the pictures, so i stayed there
And oh my god, have you seen the detail of those boots? They are simply amazing. To show you here an unprocessed picture straight out of SL (Apart from the Frame)
